By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

• Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 hours changes or cancellations will not be accommodated due to the customization of every item created.

• Please be as specific as possible when giving information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your tumbler. Changes can not be made if you receive your tumbler and you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.

• Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by Ri B Krafty . Buyer is responsible for shipping the product back it  will then fix at no charge to the customer however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

• Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.

• All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect.
