How to Order:

RTS, MTO or Custom orders: 
Order a “ready to sell” tumbler, have a tumbler recreated that you have seen in my shop as a “made to order” or message the shop to place a “custom order”  just for you. Multiple sizes and shapes available upon request. For additional ready to sell tumbler styles available please refer to the shop page under “Ready to Ship”.

Processing and Shipping Times:
- All items are shipped and completed in the order they were received in.
- This is a made to order tumbler design, Turnaround time is 3-4 weeks
- Shipping times vary based on where you live. Most tumblers are received within 3-5 days of when they are shipped.

Terms and Conditions: 
By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:
Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.
Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your tumbler. We cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.
Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error in my part. Buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix item at no charge to you however shipping will be the buyers responsibility.
Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.
Please note that pictures/videos are taken in various places and light settings.  Due to this fact some colors may not appear as they are in person.
All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect

Cancellations/Returns
- Due to the custom nature of my items, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is an error on my part. If this is the case, the tumbler will need to be sent back and seller must be contacted within 24 hours of you receiving your order, and will either be fixed or replaced.
- Cancellations need to be completed within 24 hours of placing your order.

Care Instructions:
- NOT Dishwasher safe. This is direct from the tumbler manufacturers to prevent the vacuum seal from breaking due to excessive heat in most dishwashers.
- Hand wash ONLY
- NOT Microwave safe
- Do NOT use abrasive cleaners
- If dropped, epoxy can break so please treat your tumbler with care.
